We offer Group mentorship sessions to help you explore your options, make smart career decisions and understand how to articulate what you have to offer.
The mentoring sessions will support you throughout the phases of making a career choice or career transition, on-going or continuous personal development, recruitment and on-going employment.
We will work with the Group to identify a viable career path, set and achieve goals, address specific challenges, and improve your personal or professional development.
Focus areas include:
We work with a small group of clients on a specific topic or theme such as interview technique, owning your CV, how to ask for a pay rise, etc. We will link you with a specialist in your chosen career path who will provide deep expertise and guidance as you progress through personal development to recruitment phase.
